Typical Andalusian food

Order these at the cave bars on Cuevas del Sol — olive oil, tomato, fried fish and mountain cheese. This is the table of Cádiz and the white villages.

Crispy fried eggplant with cane honey. The local classic around Ronda and Setenil — sweet, salty and the dish we tell every guest to order.

Thin slices of acorn-fed Iberian ham. Start any meal with a plate and bread — this is Andalusia on a wooden board.
